course is a five-day, lab-intensive course, teaching the

verify and manage the Cisco PIX Firewall product family
and the Cisco IOS Firewall feature set.

This
course is recommended for Cisco customers who implement
and maintain CSPFA, Cisco Channel Partners who sell,
implement, and maintain CSPFA, and Cisco System
Engineers who support sales of CSPFA and security
product solutions.
To
fully benefit from CSPFA, the student should posses the
following prerequisite skills and knowledge:

Cisco
Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or
equivalent level knowledge.

Completion
of the Managing Cisco Network Security (MCNS) course
or a working knowledge of network security.

Experience
with the Windows NT operating system and a basic
understanding of the UNIX operating system.
